Summary/Abstract: """From IQ to EQ"" reflects a significant shift in how we define and evaluate intelligence and success in modern life. Traditionally, IQ (intelligence quotient) was seen as the main indicator of cognitive abilities and future success, measuring logical reasoning, problem-solving, and learning capacity. For a long time, high IQ scores were closely linked to academic and professional achievement. However, recent sociocultural changes and research have highlighted the crucial role of EQ (emotional intelligence) in achieving success and well-being. EQ involves the ability to recognize, understand, and manage one’s own emotions, as well as the emotions of others. In both professional and personal settings, EQ supports effective communication, stress management, and conflict resolution."
