Summary/Abstract: The paper is focused on the use of Maslow's hierarchy of needs as a measure of content completeness in the technical education realized by the primary school. Further, with the analogous intent, there are discussed ways of creating traits of character and interests typical for boys and girls. These terms may be used as a measure of the completeness of expert assessment of content completeness in the technical education.
