Summary/Abstract: Interactive whiteboards are already a common part of most of elementary and secondary schools.The paper outlines the possibilities of using interactive whiteboards in chemistry for the pupils withmild mental disability, as for the group of pupils there are no interactive materials. An integral partof the paper is a description of the pros and cons of using an interactive whiteboard for the pupilswith mild mental disabilities that result from the verification of interactive tools in education on twoelementary schools Moravian-Silesian Region.
