Summary/Abstract: In this article we will try to explain some specifities about the work with children in sport. The best age to start sport specialization will be estimated according to particular sports, and how children can be introduced in particular acivities (such as when to start with intensive shooting training in football, as well as the expertise of the coaching staff in the schools). The second part will be dedicated to the ethical and communication aspect in the training and competition process, and will cover these issues: professional training coaches, coaches relationship to the children and to the parents, parents relationship to the children, coaches, opposing teams and their fans, etc., as well as the relationship between management of football clubs and parents, children and coaches themselves. A special role within the sports association has the legal regulation of it. Sports association should abide by the laws of the sports associations. How these schools follow the laws, how coaches are paid, etc., which is in addition to the legal (tax) question also an ethical question.
