Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on analyzing the impact of the digitalization of the economy on the social-labor potential. In the context of global technological transformations that rapidly change economic and social structures, the authors define the research objective as identifying key trends and strategic priorities that will promote effective development of social-labor potential in new conditions. Special attention is given to the need for retraining the workforce and adapting educational programs to the demands of the digital economy. The study is based on the analysis of scientific works by leading Ukrainian scholars in the field of managing social-labor potential and its innovative development. The authors discuss how digitalization affects changes in job structures, skills, and competencies of employees. They also address new challenges that arise for human resource management in the transition to the digital economy, including the need to develop flexible and adaptive educational models. Based on the analysis of foreign definitions and substantive content of the digital economy, key conclusions are made regarding its impact on the global economic landscape and the social-labor potential as a whole. An analysis of the key trends shaping the innovative development of the social-labor potential in the context of digitalization is conducted. A comprehensive analysis of the various aspects of digitalization of the economy on the formation of innovative development of the social-labor potential is proposed. The main conclusions of the article emphasize the need for a comprehensive approach to reforming the educational system and labor legislation to ensure adaptation to the demands of the digital economy. Based on the analysis of key trends shaping the innovative development of the social-labor potential in the context of digitalization, the authors have identified strategic priorities for supporting and stimulating this development, including investments in training, infrastructure development, and creating motivational mechanisms to increase the digital literacy of the population. The importance of strategic partnerships between the state, educational institutions, and business to form an effective response to technological changes is emphasized. Potential strategies for developing skills necessary for successful integration into a high-tech work environment in the context of the digital economy have also been developed, which need to be comprehensive and adaptive to rapidly changing technological trends.
