In the future, modern stores in addition to high-tech support in the shop, will have to make a breakthrough at the location of the customer. We need to put a special emphasis on the importance of internet technology itself and the computerization of modern stores that will be the main carriers of development and the creation of competitive advantage in this sector. The introduction of new technologies such as NFC and RFID technology will greatly contribute to improving service to the end customer and thus will gain a competitive advantage and increase the trade.
