Summary/Abstract: The law of Pre-school and School Education and the Inclusive Education Ordinance set out the basic regulations for the training and education of children and students with special educational needs. The thesis is affirmed that since each child has individual traits, interests, abilities and skills, his education should take place in an environment that is organized to meet different needs through the use of complementary and alternative programs, methods and means. The purpose of the additional support is to provide an additional and different resource, and for children who cannot meet the requirements of the curriculum – a way for dignified learning, learning and participation in their natural social environment according to their capabilities. The article presents an attempt to differentiate children according to their needs and offers to optimize some aspects of the additional support provided to them.
