Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the issue of the preparation of the military articles of the peace treaty with Hungary. It analyses the fundamental background and preparation of Czechoslovak diplomacy for the negotiations on the military articles of the treaty. In particular, it deals with the activities of the Military Commission at the Peace Conference. It provides an insight into the proposed military articles, the procedure of the Czechoslovak delegation at the Military Commission meetings and the adopted peace treaty.
