Summary/Abstract: The present article analyses the current case law of the Supreme Cassation Court on various questions related to the shareholding in limited liability company (LLC) and the management of the company. The focus is concentrated over decisions and rulings under Article 274, paragraph 3 of the Civil Procedure Code passed in 2023 and 2024 and their connection and correlation with the existing case law of the Supreme Cassation Court.
