Summary/Abstract: Humans as the essence of evolution have conditioned the development of human society through the ways in which they organize themselves and use materials, raw and otherwise, tools and instruments they have invented with a view of turning into account the aims of said development by labour. Changes occur in both parts of this relationship. Every historical age comprises, inter alia, the review of the man labour relationship; the impact of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the contemporary society brings about a new dimension to this relationship. A defining characteristic of contemporary society is the fundamental role that is bestowed to human rights, including labour and social security law against the backdrop of human becoming. IA is an intrinsic component of this process and it has the double role of being a catalyst of general advancement and responsible to contribute to promoting and safeguarding fundamental rights. Updating and developing juridical regulation pertaining to the work and use of IA are imperative to the autonomy of labour and social security law, including by means of interacting with other branches of law and social science.
