Summary/Abstract: The aim of this research was to examine the perception of the distinction between conflict and psychological violence within healthcare teams, and to identify the frequency and forms of psychological violence, conflict resolution methods, and the level of managerial support. The study was conducted on a sample of 88 healthcare workers, students of the University “VITEZ”, using a survey questionnaire. The results showed that most respondents perceive conflicts as stressful but solvable. For nearly half of the participants, the boundary between conflict and psychological violence is not clearly defined. The most common forms of violence include sarcastic comments and humiliation, while solutions are mostly sought through open communication. Managerial support is assessed as insufficient. Respondents identified better communication and stronger team support as key preventive measures. It was concluded that education and institutional engagement are essential for the prevention of psychological violence.
