Summary/Abstract: The productivity of the judicial system should be one of the main goals for the countries. Because legal uncertainties bring many problems with them. In an environment where there is legal uncertainty, foreign capital does not want to invest, and the life and property of the country's citizens are not safe. Productivity, on the other hand, is generally the ability to use resources in economic theory. It is to use production factors to obtain the maximum amount of output with existing possibilities or to produce the best amount of output by using the best amount of input to produce a predetermined product. The purpose of this study is to examine the efficiency of the judicial system in Turkey comparatively with selected countries. For this purpose, the Malmquist method, which is widely used in evaluating decision performance, was used. According to the findings, it was concluded that Turkey was efficient in all 4 models in 2018, and only in 2020 according to model 4.
