Summary/Abstract: Managing the process of physical education is based on a constant inflow of relevant information about the rates and the level of students general andspecific abilities in all phases of their development. Using that approach, it is possible to identify individual needs, and by an appropriate homogenisation, create such methods that will accelerate the development of the most participants in the learning process. Structure of the subsystem of monitoring and controlling the effects, as a hierarchical structure, contains elements of monitoring, evaluation and assessment.
