Summary/Abstract: The world has just gone through a pandemic situation where the lack of physical contact and the decades-long infocommunication evolution have resulted in an increased value of electronic communication and digitalised processes between the state and its citizens. In this context, it is timely to examine how the government platforms that are used to ensure this are meeting expectations. The paper will address a specific issue: who can be considered as a subject in terms of transparency expectations and requirements for government platforms and how this affects the system of requirements for transparency aspects.
