Summary/Abstract: Public bodies, which are special types of public administration institutions, are also increasingly expected to be transparent in their professional activities, while at the same time making their economic and organisational functions transparent. Public bodies, which carry out a very wide range of activities, often have public or quasi-public powers over their members, which increases their responsibility for their activities in the public interest and their accountability and accountability to society and their members. The study will examine the measures that public bodies can take to achieve transparency, the effectiveness of the measures taken so far, and the conceptual elements of organisational transparency in public administration. The aim of the study is to contribute to the creation of a theoretical and professional framework for the transparency of public bodies.
