Summary/Abstract: The bank has proved that it invited the parties to come to sign the addendum, moreover presenting a repayment schedule that corresponds to the new conditions, but the plaintiffs did not agree to sign the additional act, the provisions of Article 95 paragraph 5 of the GEO no.50/2010, according to which the failure of the consumer to sign the addenda provided for in paragraph (2) is considered tacit acceptance.
