Summary/Abstract: In the evolution of contemporary human society, the virtual library has a role that cannot be ignored. In order to provide specialized services and to provide users with virtual document collections, libraries need appropriate technology, while increasing intellectual engagement. In developing such collections, the main criterion is selectivity professional. It is essential that cooperation between libraries and publishing institutions, which are sources of information, in order to jointly manage collections of documents and develop the system.
