Summary/Abstract: This article examines the concept of vulnerability in Asylum and Refugee law. Its purpose is to differentiate between the vulnerable groups by outlining their key features. The article focuses on the importance of accurate and prompt identification of vulnerable persons among asylum seekers and refugees.
