Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the use of games and simulations in adult education as a modernapproach to training and learning that addresses the growing needs of the job market andthe rapidly changing technological environment. It presents popular e-learning tools suchas Moodle, Edmodo, Kahoot!, and Duolingo, which integrate elements of gamification andinteractivity to enhance participant engagement in the learning process. By analyzing practicalexamples, the study highlights the benefits of utilizing game mechanisms, such as improvedknowledge retention, development of practical skills, and increased motivation to learn. Theapplication of innovative educational tools with game elements is becoming crucial in shapingeffective, engaging, and tailored adult education.
