GENERAL THORETICAL ASPECTS OF THE EUROPEAN LEGISLATION IN THE FIELD OF THE PROTECTION OF THE MIGRANTS’ RIGHTS

Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to some theoretical problems in the application of European legislation in the field of the protection of the migrants’ rights. In search of answers to the questions, attention is paid to the topic of the general principles of law, the application of which is considered as a condition for the effectiveness of the legal system and guaranteeing the protection’ right. Conclusions are made regarding the legal framework of the rights and obligations of migrants according to their legal status.
