Summary/Abstract: The study analyzes the evolutionary development of human rights and studies the evolution of human rights generations. The study uses Karel Vasak's concept of human rights generations as a basis, updating it with an expanded and constantly expanding range of rights, characteristic of the modern development of legal theory and legal practice. The need for a new scientific concept of human rights development is substantiated, which would serve legal practice in protecting the rights of new generations. The initial stage of the theoretical understanding of this scientific approach is the description of the genealogical processes of emergence and development of human rights generations through their evolution.
