Summary/Abstract: The work presented on this occasion maintains a classic approach to a site monograph, but the interdisciplinary studies conducted aim to extract a series of novel and valuable archaeological data. After a brief history of the research (Chapter I), which outlines the main stages of the settlement’s investigation, the author addresses various aspects of the natural environment (Chapter II). In addition to establishing a geographical framework for the settlement, the study provides a concise discussion of the topographic data of Stoicani-Aldeni-type settlements, accompanied by topographic maps marking some of these sites. Chapter III analyzes the settlement’s habitation structures, placing them within the broader context of the period and the region.
