MYTH, HISTORY, FICTION - On the hermeneutic approach of Academician Novo Vuković

Summary/Abstract: In the tribute dedicated to the academician Novo Vuković, in the foreground is his dedication to dealing with the mythical meanings on which the majority of his literary interpretations are based. Vuković's literary interpretations are an anticipation of the results achieved by the discipline of depth psychology by K.G. Jung, as well as interpretations of the text based on its principles. The results of his research have been presented most convincingly in the interpretation of the works of S.M. Ljubiša, which laid the foundation for future research within the framework of this method. A particularly significant contribution of Novo Vuković in the framework of mythopoetic analyses, which, judging by strict criteria, greatly exceeds regional spaces, is highlighted in this article.
