THE ESTATE OF THE MONASTERY OF THE PRESENTATION OF THE MOST HOLY MOTHER OF GOD IN DRENČA

Summary/Abstract: The paper examines the issue of the location of toponyms recorded in the charter of the Monastery of the Presentation of the Most Holy Mother of God in Drenča from 1382, based on Serbian medieval and Ottoman written sources, as well as data from cartographic materials and the author’s field research. In accordance with that, new locations for certain settlements of the Drenča estate in the regions of Rasina, Zagrlata and Braničevo are proposed.
