Summary/Abstract: The essence of an individual’s development is to enable that individual to live, work, create and actively participate in every sphere. To know, to be able to, to want to do a certain work is the condition for social and biological existence. In that constant process of “all over again” are included all of the visible and invisible forces which act in the field of interpersonal relations. “The old wheel” as a symbol of continues development of oneself leaves room for all the aspects of the development – upbringing, education, qualification, learning, factors, as a complex and dynamic process. Wherever we direct the ways of our acting, the final aim will be a complete development of the human that is impossible outside of the mutual interaction among all aspects. I write about the interpersonal relation with the aim of emphasize the correlation between the interpersonal relations and the upbringing above all the other interactive aspects of the individual’s development which have the same importance. Regarding that, I would like to extract this mutual and circular process put of the strict borders of the educational system as something even more complex. Knowing the fact that the individual grows on the inside through a constant interaction and combination of all the factors that influence the individual in its environment, I would like to put the interpersonal relations as a basis of that constant development in the society by imperatively influencing the upbringing phenomenon as a foundation and regulator of those relations.
