Summary/Abstract: Setting a strong basis of effective educational communication is not possible without the determination of a solid theoretical framework. There are a lot of theoretical approaches which we will be taken as a theoretical framework of educational communication. Here we chose the learning of Vygotsky and his cultural - historical theory in which we recognize that certain tenets of operational modeling of effective educational communication.
