Summary/Abstract: In the context in which websites, debates, publications and online conferences have explodedand merged from multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary point of view, revolving around the “extravagant”Covid-19 virus, we set out not to miss this opportunistic “mixer” of scientific research on the socioeconomic impact of the pandemic and to contribute timidly but reasonably to proposals for reviving theeconomy, drawing our attention to the insolvency procedure, which will appear to us more than ever.
