Summary/Abstract: Book review. In the spring of this year, the volume titled 'The Ideological Foundations of Administrative Law. Specificities,' authored by Mr. Cristian CLIPA, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of the West University of Timișoara, was published by Hamangiu Publishing House. This is the second, consolidated edition, after the first edition of the same volume was published by the same publishing house in 2021. The new edition expands the book's text from nearly 400 pages to over 1,000 pages and constitutes an attempt to analyze the main institutions of administrative law, starting from a theoretical model proposed by the author, based on six categories or ideological foundations of this branch of law/university legal discipline: public power, public authority, public administration, public service, public interest, and public order.
