Continuity Between Mathematics Education in Preparatory Groups and in First Grade

Summary/Abstract: This article presents the main highlights of the educational content in mathematics, in accordance with the main goal of preschool education and the mathematical preparation of students in the first grade. The focus on the educational process in the preparatory groups in the kindergarten and the in-depth and extended mastering and assimilation of knowledge, skills and competences in the field of mathematics is brought out. Educational mathematical tasks are presented, providing a sufficient amount of knowledge necessary to develop the cognitive and intellectual abilities of children and students.
