Summary/Abstract: Work-life balance is crucial for employee satisfaction and productivity, as well as the long-term success of organisations. In light of the recent changes brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, remote work, flexible schedules, and wellbeing initiatives have emerged as viable solutions to support this balance. However, to effectively implement these measures, organisations must undergo a deep cultural shift and adjust their management and performance evaluation methods. The article explores the impact of these initiatives and the need for a new results-oriented management model.
