Summary/Abstract: In today's digital age, customer relationship management (CRM) has become more complex than ever before. more challenging to maintain. On the other hand, traditional CRM still offers a reliable way to manage customer data, but it may not be as effective at building customer relationships in the digital age. In this article, we will explore the challenges of CRM in the context of the digital age and compare the pros and cons of social CRM versus traditional CRM.
