Management models of arts organizations in Bulgaria

Summary/Abstract: In the general management theory of art management, management models are important for making management decisions and accounting for their effectiveness and efficiency. In addition to state and municipal operas, theaters, museums, etc. there are also private art organizations with diverse registration statuses, organizational-management structure, and funding. This may determine the different locations of the leading guided function, which is the main topic of this report, as well as the appearance of the concept of "dual leadership".
