Summary/Abstract: Psychological resistance is a person's ability to resist and deal with difficulties. People have this power in difficult situations. Even the stress experienced can be turned into personal gain. It has been observed that as a result of the experienced situations, people may increase their psychological resistance or lose this ability. Research on college students confirms these claims. Young people with a healthy psyche in the learning process very easily manage their stress. In the event of a dispute or conflict, they exhibit very calm and correct behavior. They do not allow the sources of stress to exhaust them and reduce their responsibility to society, they tend to recover faster and return to their normal way of life.
