Instrumenty wsparcia rozwoju przedsiębiorczości jednostek samorządu terytorialnego a model funkcjonowania lokalnej gospodarki na przykładzie wybranych gmin województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego – cześć I

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present possible instruments supporting the development of entrepreneurship in local government units of selected communes of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, depending on the functioning model of the local economy. The author analyzed six models (the model applicable in the largest cities of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in suburban communes located in the area of Bydgoszcz and Toruń, in communes near the junctions of the A1 and S5 roads, in multifunctional communes located peripherally to the main centres of the voivodeship, in other multifunctional communes and the model applicable in urban communes in which the basic determinant of entrepreneurship development is the limited small administrative area of the urban commune, the availability of investment areas. It can be said that the range of tools to stimulate entrepreneurship in communes is very wide. Local government units have a sufficiently wide set of instruments enabling, from a formal point of view, active measures to support entrepreneurship.
