State and determinants of agritourism development in Czorsztyn community of the Nowy Targ County

Summary/Abstract: The article concerns the state and determinants of agritourism development in Nowy Targ County. The number of agritourism farms in this part of Malopolska according to counties is presented. The most important factors of agritourism services development are shown according to county offices clerks’ opinion and according to these rural service accommodation owners’ opinions in the community of Czorsztyn. The most important elements of agritourism development in Nowy Targ County are presented after having analysed the results of questionnaire research carried out among 21 farmers who take up agritourism and after having analysed the research with county offices clerks responsible for tourism development and promotion of their communities. Environmental factor and non-environmental ones that support agritourism development are shown too.
