Summary/Abstract: In the following lines, we intend to answer the following questions: to which actions of people can the qualifiers of justice or injustice be applied? and what are the meanings of the notion of justice: "acted righteously"; 'did the right thing'; "did justice"; "Justice has been done." To this end, other issues are also presented such as justice as legality (respect for one's equal rights); justice as respect for moral norms; the moral right to disobey an unjust law (to defend themselves from injustice, people can resort to "civil disobedience"); Right in the sense of fairness of laws, justice as merit (the right to give everyone his due (proverb "according to deed and reward") on a more general plane. Here are the main issues that are the subject of this scientific article.
