Principles of the civil service in the ministry of interior affairs

Summary/Abstract: The article examines the general characteristics and legal regulations related to the principles of public service by civil servants in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Introductory attention is paid to the general characteristics of the principles in the country's legal system. In a logical sequence, according to the degree of legal force, the principles proclaimed in the basic law and the current legislation are presented, containing legal norms with provisions applicable in the field of civil service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The general principles of the activity of the Ministry of the Interior and the special principles of the civil service in the Ministry were examined. In conclusion, other principles enshrined in normative acts, applicable on a general basis in the implementation of the civil service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, are presented.
