Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the general characteristics and legal regulations related to the exchange of information between the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Bureau for the Protection of Threatened Persons under the Minister of Justice, with data from the police registration of persons. Attention is paid to the procedure for implementing information interaction between state bodies with a view to supporting the performance of the functional obligations of state employees, to achieve the socially significant goals regulated in the law.
