Summary/Abstract: Concordat is an international agreement of the Holy See and the Vatican with other states. Some interpret it as an agreement and others as a Roman Catholic action crkve. u Kingdom of Yugoslavia both attempts failed introduction of the concordat, especially the attempt of the Orthodox Church and 1935–1937godine, due to the opposition of the Serbian political and cultural elite, which resulted in a total lose Serbo Croatian relations. Romania’s adoption of the Concordat it’s going a lot easier because it regulated the religious status of numerous Catholic minority primarily Hungarians, there were also significant differences in the state arrangement of Romania and Yugoslavia but also greater tolerance of the Romanian Orthodox Church to the Vatican.
