Summary/Abstract: Religious freedom is one of the most sensitive aspects of human rights, but also has the widest implications for social life. Freedom of faith and conscience is part of the nature of the human being. God gave man life as a first gift from the Creator, and then gave him choice, the gift of freedom. Thus freedom is the most precious gift given by the Creator Himself, a fundamental gift that defines the human person and human dignity, with the possibility for man to use his freedom of choice according to his own will.
