Summary/Abstract: The article contains a theoretical and empirical study of the problem of the economic offender. At the beginning, the article provides a theoretical discussion of the most important issues related to economic crime, followed by issues related to rehabilitation measures aimed at improving pro-social decisions. The article also presents the results of a qualitative analysis of a decision-maker - an economic offender who, in an in-depth interview, presents a narrative perspective on his motives for action, emotions, self-assessment, and plans for his future. The conclusion is the conclusions from the research and guidelines for practice in the context of lifelong learning.
