Summary/Abstract: The paper presented study approaches the issues, determinants and different typologies od the teacher´s interaction style at a secondary vocational school. Due to the fact that self-evaluation is the basic manifestation of a teacher´s self-reflection competence, the study brings the results of a survey, where the goal was to analyse the interaction style of a secondary vocational school teacher with a comparison of the results of the self-evaluation of one´s own interaction style with the evaluation of the teacher by the students.
