Summary/Abstract: Present human resources development is required educational process, that have to be in a reaction to development of individuals´creative abilities to flow of discontinual changes, that fetch along the contemporary development of globalization. The starting of creative abilities bears on the development of human potential that begins by self-cognition, continues by self-development and culminates by self-fulfillment. The task of university studies consists in the starting of self-cognition and self-development, that are the preparation for lifetime education.
