Summary/Abstract: The globalization brings new paradigma of important changes in the society. Globalization tendencies bring revolutionary changes, that could be compared to the changes during industrial revolution. The world enters in new „knowledge economy“. Human factor starts to be a new aspect in global strategy. The process of globalization is necessary to perceive as system and whole, and for it is necessary qualitative new orientation in macro-, mezzoand microspace. The connection between these spaces for development of human potential and human society is very important. Self-knowledge and self-development starts the process of wholelife learning and it is necessary how to get into the „knowledge economy“. The next presumption is social reconciliation in the society and it is necessary for using abilities of people. For the process of globalization is necessary to connect cultural and nature conditions of the region together with the development of human potential in direct connection to global institutions and their common regularities.
