Summary/Abstract: Lately, the phenomenon of child pornography has been the subject of research for several scientific papers, but at the same time, we cannot denote that the mentioned subject has been sufficiently approached. We can also state that so far there is not a proper approach to the definition of child pornography. Therefore, the respective scientific article aims to clarify the aspects mentioned above.
