Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the intercompany cooperation. It refers to the presumption that the economicsocial reality changes and this change evokes the movement in the fundamental paradigm of business. The aim of the article is to show up the converse in business by means of the help of the analysis of intercompany cooperation trends due to the identification of virtual integration phenomena, and shifts of basic activities in key players of the economic process. The recognitions of the paper outline the deflection from vertical integration to virtual integration as a result of transformation of external environment and changes of fundamental presumptions of management, familiarize with the network cooperation in the form of module manufacturing, assembly channel, single enterprise programme, and warn of the increasing meaning of knowledge inside the economic processes, which make founders of the economic processes to aim at the innovation and marketing spheres.
