Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with organizational adaptability. The aim of this article is the definition and verification of the immune system of organizations; it means the quantification of the adaptability of organizations to changing business environment. Therefore an adaptive model is created which is formed by the theory of business, the sensibility of system, the increase of organization and the development of culture. The key element of the adaptive model is the immune system. The implementation of the immune system is very low in practice, though, which affirms the quantitative research. The questionnaire survey shows that the sensibility of system, but also the elementary knowledge in organizations are very low-levelled. The organizations will have to intensify the sensibility of system and the level of perception to be able to adapt to the dynamic environment. That is the only way for them how to get over the average business time and reach the long-life business time.
