Summary/Abstract: This paper deals with the dynamics in large classes. Class size is a continuing subject of discussion in the educational sector. Although there have been changes in the educational system, unfortunately, it still has to deal with certain issues. These issues include financial difficulties, as well as a lack of time, a shortage of qualified staff, and the lack of premises in order to conduct the teaching. These factors influence the way of teaching and the learning process, the dynamics within a class, and the attitudes of students and educators to each other and their environment. This article focuses on the dynamics of large classes as a means of creating a learner-supported environment.
