Summary/Abstract: The contribution introduces the common relations between the Region of South Bohemia and the People’s Republic of China in the field of education, business and entrepreneurship, health care system, culture and tourism since 2004 by now. First of all, it concentrates on the history of co-operation between both countries. Next, there is a view of several Chinese students regarding the business and culture differences - studying for one term in the Czech Republic.
