Summary/Abstract: Perception of the spectrum of doctrinal approach of one subject or another, at national level, is a great advantage for the initiation of any study in legal matters. In the case of the present study, perception of the doctrinal opinion on the economic instruments of environmental protection represents a starting point for all researchers concerned with the field of environmental protection, in particular, protection against the negative impact generated by economic activities. Consultation of the material published in the Republic of Moldova, on the analyzed compartment, allows us to identify in this context the degree of research of the subject, issues, controversies, essence of regulations, submitted solutions, as well as unexplored or underdeveloped issues.
